If not already - click here to sign in, enter your email address and password.
Click the 'Send a Greeting Card' tab.
Click on a card you like. If you don't like the first card then just click CHOOSE ANOTHER CARD. You can, to see a wider selection of cards, click on the 'More' link for the category of card you are interested in.
When you find a card you like click the PERSONALIZE THIS CARD button.
Then enter the details asked for such as the recipient's name and email address.
To see what your card will look like to your friend click the PREVIEW button. When you are happy with your card click the SEND button to send the card to your friend.
How do I view/change/delete a greeting I have sent or scheduled to be sent?
If not already - click here to sign in, enter your email address and password.
Click on 'My Account' tab.
Click on the 'My Greetings' option.
This will list cards you have already written. If the card is not yet sent, you can amend it by clicking the green pencil icon. Click on the red 'X' icon to cancel/delete a card.
Why do I have to pay $13.95 per year for greeting cards?
We have introduced an optional premium membership. For only $13.95 per year per year you can send unlimited greeting cards on BirthdayAlarm. We offer a 30-day trial so you can try out premium membership risk-free.
What is your refund policy for premium membership?
If you are not fully satisfied with your premium membership you may terminate your account during the first sixty (60) days of each of your premium membership terms by using the contact us form. The 60 days is in addition to the 30 days that you are entitled to as part of the free trial offer. You can also phone us on 1-800-830-7745 or you can send written notification to:

Upon termination, you will receive a full refund of any monies you paid to Birthday Alarm for your premium membership for the then current term. Members who obtained their membership(s) through promotional offerings are not entitled to a refund.
Free trials can be cancelled during the trial period by visiting 'Premium Membership' under 'My Account' -> 'My Profile'.
