Birthday Alarm: Greeting Cards and Reminders

1. If not already - click here to sign in, enter your email address and password.
2. Click the 'My reminders' tab.
3. Click the 'Add Birthday Reminders' option.
4. You will then see some special wording for you to copy and paste into an email you send to your friends. The wording includes a link which your friends click on when they receive the email from you. This link shows them a page where they can enter their birthday details directly into your account with BirthdayAlarm.

1. Highlight Step - Position the mouse pointer at the top left corner of the text to be copied. Press down the left mouse button and whilst holding it move the mouse pointer to the bottom right corner of the text. This should highlight the text to copy. When the required text is highlighted, release the left hand mouse button.
2. Copy Step - Whilst the mouse pointer is over the highlighted text click the right mouse button and select 'Copy'. If you find Copy a problem there is an alternative way to copy the highlighted text if you are copying text from your browser - Click the 'Edit' option located top left of your browser and then click 'Copy' from the resulting drop down menu.
3. Paste Step - Create a new email as you would normally. Click where you wish the text to be inserted. Press the right mouse button and select 'Paste'. If you find Paste a problem, see if your email software has an 'Edit' option top left. If it does then click this 'edit' option and then click 'Paste' from the resulting drop down menu.

1. If not already - click here to sign in, enter your email address and password.
2. Click on the 'My Reminders' tab.
3. Click the 'Add Birthday Reminders' option.
4. Click on the link called 'Click here if you need instructions on how to Copy and Paste'. This will show you some extra text on the same page.
5. Click on the link called 'If you are unable to Copy and Paste for any reason then click here for an alternative'. You will be shown a new page. Follow the simple instructions given to you on that page.

1. Use the Add Birthday Reminders form - click here.

From here you can add as many people's birthdays as you like, 12 at a time.

1. If not already - click here to sign in, enter your email address and password top left.
2. Click on the 'Reminder' tab.
3. If the 'My Reminders' page is not displayed, click on the 'My Reminders' menu option.
4. To change a reminder, click on the person's name. To delete a reminder, click on the red 'X' icon.

1. If not already - click here to sign in, enter your email address and password.
2. Click the 'My Account' tab.
3. Click the 'My Profile' option.
4. Click on the 'Reminder Options' tab on the 'My Profile' page.
5. Click on the EDIT button on the left hand side of 'Reminder / Email Options'.
6. Change your reminder timing. You can choose to get your reminder(s) anything from on the day to 14 days in advance. Click the SAVE button to save your changes.

Holidays

1. If not already - click here to sign in, enter your email address and password.
2. At the bottom of the 'Reminder' page click the 'Set Holiday Alarms' link on the right hand side above the Holiday Alarms list.
3. Select either your country or religion and click the related OK button on the right.
4. Click the square tick box for each holiday you want a reminder of and then click the SAVE button when complete.

Anniversaries - Friends'

1. If not already - click here to sign in, enter your email address and password.
2. On 'Reminder' page, click on the person's name whose anniversary you want to enter.
3. Enter their anniversary date and click the SAVE button.

You will have noticed that you must first have a birthday reminder set for the person, before you can enter their anniversary.

Anniversary - Your Own

1. If not already - click here to sign in, enter your email address and password.
2. Click on the 'My Profile' link at the right hand side of the page.
3. Click on the 'Personal Details' tab.
4. Click on the EDIT button on the left hand side of 'My Personal Details'.
5. Enter your anniversary (and other options) and click the SAVE button.
